Iridex's language is tied to your account, not the server — set it once from the account menu (avatar → Settings → Preferences → Language) on any Iridex site, and it applies everywhere you're logged in.
Some translations are more complete than others — if a page or message shows up in English when it shouldn't, that string likely just hasn't been translated yet.
