Why can't I manage a server on the dashboard?

The dashboard at dash.iridex.me only shows a server if two things are both true: Iridex is already in it, and your Discord account has Administrator permission (or is the server owner) there.

The server isn't listed at all

• Make sure Iridex has actually been added to that server — iridex.me has an Add to Server button.
• Confirm you're logged into the dashboard with the same Discord account that has admin access on that server.
• A manager granted access by an admin (without Administrator themselves) will also see it listed, with fewer settings available.

The server is listed but greyed out

That means the bot isn't in it yet — use the invite link shown next to it to add Iridex, and it becomes manageable immediately after.

Still stuck

Ask a server admin to either grant you the Manage servers permission from the dashboard's Team settings, or to add you as a server admin in Discord directly.
