The bot isn't responding to commands

Slash commands don't appear at all

1. Confirm Iridex shows as online in your server's member list.
2. Re-invite the bot using the link on iridex.me — this refreshes the command list without affecting any settings.
3. Discord can take a few minutes to sync a new server's command list after an invite; give it a moment and reload the client.

A command runs but nothing happens

• Check the module that command belongs to is turned on for the server — see the dashboard's Modules page.
• Make sure Iridex has permission to post in the channel you're using (it needs at least Send Messages and Embed Links).
• Some commands need a specific permission of your own (like Manage Messages for moderation commands) — the bot will say so if that's the block.

Still not working

Report it in the support server with the exact command and what happened — a screenshot helps.
